At ItalianCandy.Shop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the perishable nature of our products, all candy is FINAL SALE and therefore not returnable. In the event of an issue directly attributable to an error by our staff (e.g. you receive an incorrect product), we will offer a replacement or refund. We reserve the right to request evidence of our mistake prior to the issuance of any replacement or refund.
Refunds
In the event that you are due a refund, the refund will typically be issued within five (5) business days. Depending on your financial institution, refunds typically post within another one to five (1-5) business days from the date your refund was processed, to your original form of payment (e.g. the same credit/debit card used during checkout). Shipping charges may not be refunded.
Exchanges
Due to the nature of our logistics setup and the perishability of our products, ItalianCandy.Shop does not offer product exchanges.
