Rossana has been made since 1926, first under the Perugina name and later by Fida, which now owns the brand. Almost a hundred years on, it is still one of the most recognized filled candies in Italy, known for its red wrapper and its rich, creamy center. The original Rossana recipe has stayed largely the same since 1926, even as the brand has changed hands and added new flavors over the decades.
