Pastiglie Leone has been in business since 1857. Luigi Leone started the company in Alba before relocating it to Turin, where it went on to supply Italy's royal family. The candy itself has changed very little since then: small pastilles meant to melt on the tongue rather than be chewed. Raspberry rounds out the brand's small collection of berry flavored pastilles, sitting alongside blueberry, strawberry, and the wild berry blend.
